Rebecca Port has served as Chief People Officer of 10x Genomics since 2021 and brings over 20 years of experience in building and scaling global teams across a range of industries. Rebecca was the Vice President of Human Resources at Netflix where she supported the company’s rapidly growing finance and operations groups, and was Managing Director of Human Resources at Standard Chartered Bank where she held a number of leadership roles across various groups in Europe and Asia. She worked with Allergan pharmaceuticals in Singapore, and has been a lecturer at City University in the United Kingdom. Rebecca holds a Ph.D in Psychology from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
