Non-hierarchy within the US Government

Deanna Doan, and her company Eleccion, work within the US government to make less rigid one of the world’s most hierarchical organizations.

This session will showcase how Eleccion's innovative approaches are being applied within the US government, demonstrating that if such significant and structured organizations can embrace change, any company can.

Attendees will get insights into how non-hierarchical models can improve agility, innovation, and effectiveness even in the most unexpected environments.
