Responsive Org was founded in 2014, and since its inception we’ve been talking about trends that are ahead of their time. We debated remote & distributed work in 2016. We discussed DEI before the Movement for Black Lives and the murder of George Floyd. We were talking about the trends that the COVID-19 pandemic not just exposed, but accelerated and that we now take for granted as part of the modern workplace.

We are bringing Responsive Conference back in 2024 because we live and work in a world that is more divisive, angry, and helpless than ever before.
