We’re in a new era of work
For the past 10 years, the Responsive Org movement has been ahead of the curve in engaging with workplace changes, challenges, and champions.
At Responsive Conference 2016, we debated the benefits and drawbacks of remote and distributed work. At the conference in 2017, before the murder of George Floyd, we were discussing the diversity and belonging in the workplace. Before ChatGPT, we were debating artificial intelligence on stage in 2019.
Responsive Conference has never been a sit-and-absorb conference. From our immersive venues, to the interactions build into the program, to the organizing team itself, Responsive Conference is an experiment in self-organization.
Join us at Responsive Conference 2024, where you and other changemakers learn to build the kind of organization where you want to work.
