Kelli has over 24 years of HR leadership experience in Global Tech companies ranging from later stage companies (Google,Yahoo!, Intuit) to earlier stage companies (Hired, GitHub, Looker, Pendo).  Most recently Kelli was the Chief People Officer at Pendo and continues to be an active Advisor to Pendo.  

Kelli now runs her own firm, consisting mostly of coaching and mentoring engagements with various levels of business and HR leaders. Her scope also includes interim HR roles, advising VCs, and participating in various speaking engagements including co-hosting the HR Heretics podcast. 

She is a mother of 13 year old twin boys and the ultimate sports enthusiast - even competing as an amateur boxer in the past. She attended Santa Clara University where she played Division I softball and graduated with a degree in Psychology, before going on to receive a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego. She loves building fast growing businesses, helping to evolve the HR function, enjoying humor in work and creating genuinely authentic cultures.
