Question Truths
At Responsive Conference 2024, Roy will give a talk on the evolving nature of work and innovation. As the "OG investor in the future of work," he will explore the concept of speed as a competitive advantage, offering a different perspective on the infamous "move fast and break things" mantra.
Known for his "real talk" approach to business and life, Roy will share practical insights on culture, connection, transparency, and success in the modern workplace. His blend of venture capital experience and forward-thinking ideas make this session one to look forward to.
During the session, Roy Bahat will challenge attendees to revisit traditional beliefs about workplace culture, asking whether we still hold true to the idea that "culture eats strategy for breakfast," for instance.
He will provoke thought on what truly needs to change in the future of work for 2024, encouraging participants to consider radical new approaches and rethink the very foundations of organizational culture.
Through a dynamic conversation with Marie Szuts, Roy will explore how we might explode outdated concepts and rebuild a more effective, inclusive workplace culture that meets the needs of today's workforce.
