Sara Roberts

Sara Roberts is an author, speaker, and executive advisor and facilitator on purposeful companies, leadership effectiveness, and culture change. Over the last twenty years she has worked with CxOs at a quarter of the Fortune 100 including numerous other big brands and institutions as they’re embarking on their biggest change imperatives. In 2016, after forming and growing her boutique consultancy for a decade, she sold her company to EY to form their new global purpose-led transformation practice.

Through that role she worked with Simon Sinek and his team to bring the why movement to life in organizations across the globe. Sara recently held an in-house role at Google as the director of organization development and talent for Google’s consumer product areas and continues her work today with Google and other Fortune 100 companies as an external coach and facilitator to leadership teams.

Sara has authored 2 business books with her most recent being Nimble, Focused, Feisty: Organizational Cultures that Win in the New Era and How to Create Them.
